fiji was the best holiday i've ever been on, it was all sunshine, beach, pools, coconut shells and grass skirts, more sunshine, boats, bikinis, dancing, and the best time ever! the hotel/resort place we stayed in was ah-may-zeeeeng ! the pool was humungous, it was like three pools connected, and they had a spa, and everything and my gosh it was so beautiful ! just staying in the resort all day was good enough, seriously most days i went for a swim in the morning, then went to sit on the beach chair thingies, put on my sunnies and read, ate lunch, then went and sat on the beach to watch sunset. everything was so perfect! and the ocean there is absolutely blue, and thinking about it makes me sad cos now i'm back in sydney where it's just winter, cold and rain.

the people there are so so friendly and happy, but i feel sorry for them :c did you know that most adults working get only around 2-3 fiji dollars an hour :s three fiji dollars is two australian dollars :s how the eff do they even survive coz shit there is so expensive, like tomatos are twenty three dollars a kg, and capsicums are 28 dollars a kg :s my dad was talking to the taxi driver and he's like "you know why we are happy? coz we have enough money to survive and that's good enough for us"




i shall post up photos soon :) i have so many though, i filled up my memory card on the fourth day :( and i'm dreading going back to school tomorrow, and i'm dreading presenting my english speech even more.
